Join Glenn for a Week on Norfolk Island and turn back the clock and celebrate Norfolk's Anniversary Day or Bounty Day, it is a significant annual celebration commemorating the arrival of the Pitcairn Islanders in 1856. These settlers were descendants of the Bounty mutineers and their Tahitian companions. The week is filled with festivities including a re-enactment of the landing, traditional hymns, wreath-laying ceremonies, and a community picnic featuring local dishes. It's a time for the community to honor their heritage and celebrate their unique culture.
